The New York Jets have finally found their backup for starting QB Mark Sanchez. Former Detroit Lions QB and Michigan State alum, Drew Stanton, has signed a 1-year $1.25 million contract with the Jets (New York Daily News). The Lions drafted Stanton in the second round of the 2007 NFL draft.
