Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Roy Halladay has been placed on the DL Tuesday afternoon with what is being called a grade 1/2 strain on his lat. He will not have any form of rehabilitation or activity for at least 3 weeks, however the Phillies are hopeful to have him back in around 6-8 weeks, although that may not come soon enough for the faltering Phillies. Halladay is 4-5 with a 3.98 ERA through 11 games this season and an abominable 1-3 and 6.11 ERA through the month of May, nowhere near his usual ace form.
